We need help publishing content to our clients’ websites.

One of those websites has more pages than there are people in South Dakota (and it’s rapidly growing) so we would love some extra hands to get shit done.

Beating around the bush is for landscapers, so we’ll shoot it straight: you already have a backlog of work to tackle – and it’s a lot. But we’re ready to teach you everything you need to know to be successful at it and enjoy checking things off your to-do list (or, if we were to more accurately describe for our workflow: moving your cards across the kanban — big, BIG bonus points if you get what this means).

What you'll do

  • Order video transcripts and proofread for accuracy
  • Write instructional content based on videos and service guides
  • Crop and modify instructional photos
  • Organize and populate content on websites
  • Proofreading your own work

What you need to possess

  • Mechanically and technically minded
  • Good typing and computer skills
  • Ability to write clear and concise instructions
  • Familiarity with photo editing (we’ll provide tools)
  • Good spelling and grammar (we’ll provide tools)
  • Familiarity with Mac Operating System (unless using your own computer)
  • Strong work ethic and consistent self-drive with repetitious tasks
  • Minimum 15 hours per week

Everyone has a job to do here, and they own it, and do it better than anyone else on our team can. You’ll need to do the same – own this role. Here’s how we’ll help you do that.

Remote Work Option

This work can be done from anywhere. Want to work remotely? If you’re self-motivated, then that’s fine with us! We already look forward to seeing your face in our daily stand-ups via video chat.

Shared Office Space Available

If you’re not able to (or don’t prefer to) work remotely we can provide you with access to a shared office space where you can focus on getting your work done.

Opportunity to Collaborate

We have frequent meetings of the minds when we’re exploring the best way to approach and execute an idea. We’re going to lean on you often for input, ideas, and opinions as it relates to your role – we expect you to have them.

Access to Tools

We’ll give you access to tools that’ll help you get more work done faster and better. These tools include a Grammarly subscription, access to photo editing software, task organization software, and content management training. And, the rest of our team will be available to answer questions whenever you have them (as long as you tried looking for the answer yourself, first).

Starting wage $15/hr (based on speed & accuracy)
Flexible work hours, 15-29 hours per week
Use of company-owned MacBook
Access to a stocked office fridge and coffee bar
